The Heart & Body Naturals Member Rewards Program (MRP) was created as a way for Heart & Body Naturals to show appreciation for their loyal customers. To remain active as a Heart & Body Naturals Consultant, you are required to have 25 Personal Sales Volume (PSV) every 30 days. Personal Sales Volume (PSV) can be achieved by either Retail sales through your shophbn.com/username site or through your own personal purchase as a wholesale member.
Are there any fees required?
No. There are no activation, membership, or websites fees. The marketing system is provided at no-cost to consultants.

Is there a marketing system in place to help me grow my Skinny Body Care business?
YES! Heart & Body Naturals offers several websites you can use to build your business. These are high quality pages offered for free (there is no additional monthly cost for the marketing system). They also have a completely automated follow-up email system built-in. You don't have to create or buy your own auto-responder and copy/create the email messages – it’s already done for you.
Will I have to do cold-calls or sell on the phone?
This is completely up to you. Personally, I don't like rejection and do not enjoy making cold calls. My aversion to rejection was the reason I didn't join other companies. However, with Heart & Body Naturals, YOU DO NOT NEED TO CALL ANYONE. All you have to do is refer people to your websites and let the system do the rest. Now, once someone enters their contact information to take the Free Tour, calling them only increases the chances that they will lock-in their position and become an Active Consultant and it IS a good practice. But, you don’t have to call anyone if you don’t want to. Many Heart & Body Naturals Consultants (including myself) are having great success just using the marketing system that is already in place with Heart & Body Naturals, along with sending out a few personalized welcome/follow up emails as well.
Do I need to get my family and friends to join?
No. This is where I thought it was "to good to be true." You can promote your business completely online. You DO NOT have to share your business with your family and friends if you don’t want to. However, once you start using the products and notice your results, your family and friends will probably start asking what you’re doing anyway.
Is there training and support available to me after I join?
Yes. Not only is there a complete training section in your Heart & Body Naturals back office, we also have an awesome team that is very supportive. Our team holds webinars and opportunity calls, as well as FREE training sessions. There are also tools and tips on how to achieve your goals with Heart & Body Naturals. Additionally, there are several Facebook groups full of active team members who are both supportive and helpful in answering questions – day and night - which is something I've never seen in this industry and is also very valuable since this is a worldwide business. Is there anything negative about Heart & Body Naturals?
The only negative I can see about Heart & Body Naturals is the age of the company. The company is just over 5 years-old, but have the backing and support of their parent company that has over 6 years experience with over 200 products.
